PM WO set up means a PM work order for the next visit is already open in Tinnacity. Est on sheet means the sheet already carries this visit’s estimate number. Next: full / mini is read from the unit’s own PM history in Tinnacity — every other service is a full, a full at least every two years, a full when the history is unclear — and hover it to see why; an amber outline means the sheet planned the other type.
